Excellent service was provided from MG professional & courteous throughout. The fitters Jay & Lewis were amazing, clean and tidy, no plastering work needed, grate job. Would highly recommend using MG Window Systems .Helpful, throughout installation kept updated before work carried out and very pleased with windows.

Pro build have left 13 homeowners in Hall Green Birmingham with leaking roofs, defective render, incorrectly fitted windows and doors, escalating water ingress resulting in rotting floors and skirtings and mould issues creating hazardous health conditions. Along with the concerns that as the buildings are of SIP design the the two buildings will soon become structurally impaired.
My 85 year old mother was mis sold her property 14 months ago and despite providing probuild with the defect evidence they refuse to rectify the problems leaving owners with potential negative equity.
Caveat emptor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Phil of Ford Windows, what a shame, you and your Co had the chance to liaise with your end user, but you seemed to want to hide behind your contract with your developer that unfortunately for you will continue to give you a terrible rep in product delivery and customer services (see Yell, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Google reviews etc) as you and your staff will not communicate with the people who have your products installed in their houses, this results in reviews like this…. you know very well you’re fitting sub-standard trickle vents in your window frames (Yale ones which snap if you can open them followed by SF Xtra which don’t cover the holes in the frames) which undermines energy efficiency ratings which in turn makes your glazing solutions VERY inefficient. Care for the end users and listen to your SMEs, they know more than you think. All the best. Tom

I hired Cladwinds to replace double glazed windows throughout my home.
Their workmen did bring dust sheets with them, but left them in a heap in the hallway, and so left an absolute mess in every room and of course all over our bed which they used as a toolbench so it was covered in plaster and brick dust. Naturally they trod mastic and expanding foam throughout the house. They also damaged the walls and furniture, and didn't even say anything when they accidentally drilled a hole straight through the wall by the front door. They installed parts incorrectly which needed to be refitted.
They left suddenly with no explaination halfway through day 1 having received a phone call; my house was freezing that night as they left gaping holes which let the cold winter air in.
At one point one of the workmen asked if I had any polyfilla, when I said I had a small tub he said "oh great, you can do the plastering then!" and just didn't bother doing any. Quite the surprise given that I was paying them to do this.
We called the company to complain and were promised that someone would call us back but never did. When I refused payment until the issues were rectified they then called me back, Dave was more focussed on getting money from me than anything else but did agree a discount and a second crew to install the windows properly.
The whole ordeal was a stressful nightmare, I would not recommend this company.
